The Pattikajathi Kshema Samithi (PKS) was formed on 9 December 2012. The formation of PKS in the general constituency of Kerala became the cause of many debates and controversies. Social and economic inequality remains a reality in the Indian context even today. PKS is working as part of the fight against it. Registered under the Kerala Charitable Societies Registration Act, this organization is also a constituent organization of Dalit Soshan Mukti Manch (DSMM). The aim of the organization is also to achieve social welfare rights. It is positioned on the progressive democratic secular side as the driving force behind the Kerala revival.
