<p>The state wide protest that came up today(12/7/2016) was a strong warning against the anti-people policies of the Modi government, ruling the center. Inflation and unemployment are on the rise due to the policies of the central government. CPI (M) organized the state wide protest against the policies of the Modi government, like monopoly appeasement and the selling of shares of Public Sector Institutions, which completely destroyed the standard of life of the common man.</p>
<p>Our globetrotter Prime Minister is still on wheels when millions of people are entering the ‘samarabhoomi’ (land of struggle) raising slogans- to fill up the pending SC/ST appointments, to make sure the implementation of reservations in the private sector as well, to introduce the employment–guarantee program in urban areas like National Rural Employment GuaranteeScheme, to find finance for the employment–surety program so as to the successful implementation of the laws, to cut down the cost and excise duty of petrol and diesel, to make sure the availability of essential goods under controlled rates through public distribution system, to control the price of medicines and so on. Strong public responses need to come up further against the anti-people policies of the central government.</p>
